Is this Panohead right for me
I need to shoot 360 Virtual Tours/ Real Estate/ 3D Movie Studio
It sounds like you need a dedicated setup that you're going to use all the time. You have a wide angle lens like a Canon 8-15, or a Sigma 8mm, or a Nikon 10.5mm. Consider the R series and lens ring to suit.
What's the difference between R20 and R1
The R20 is static, it does not rotate around the forward/back tilt axis.
The R1 can rotate forward back, allowing you to fine tune your overlap angle on the zenith (roof) or the nadir (floor).
Whats the difference between NN3 and NN6
The NN3 is designed for smaller DSLR's, some mirrorless, and point-and-shoot camera. It is lightweight, has a lower load rating and a smaller adjustment range. It is not suitable for a Canon 5D with a 24-70L lens, or a Nikon D810 with a 100mm lens. Choose a panohead that suits your equipment.
The NN6 series has a higher load rating, more adjustment range, and is suitable for DSLR's with bigger lenses.
